If you want to perfect your boxing skills and get a great workout at the same time, this is the heavy bag for you. You'll be sweating like a sweathog after only about 20 minutes of punching and kicking. Excellent for a person who lacks a lot of time. Be sure to follow instructions and wrap your hands with handwrap first before putting on the gloves. In the long run, doing this will save your hands. Never hit the bag without hand protection.
The price is great and you can't beat free shipping. It would have cost me an extra arm and a leg for shipping 100 pounds to Hawaii. And believe it or not, I received the bag in one week. You can't go wrong with this one! This is a quality item. Get one now before they decide to charge for shipping!

I SHOPPED A LONG TIME FOR A HEAVY BAG. I LOOKED AT ALL THE TOP BRANDS. WHAT SHOULD I PURCHASE? WATER FILLED OR SAND FILLED OR NOT FILLED AT ALL. SHOULD IT BE COVERED IN VINYL, CANVAS OR NYLON, I HAD NO IDEA. I KNEW THE NAME TKO AND IT WAS THE LOWEST PRICED ( I KNOW ), BUT I LUCKED OUT. THIS BAG IS GREAT. THE BAG IS MADE OF CANVAS WITH A LITTLE NYLON RUNNING THROUGH IT. I'AM NO EXPERT, BUT I THINK VINYL IS MORE PRONE TO SPLIT THAN THE CANVAS OR NYLON. I WAS REALLY SURPRISED HOW WELL IT WAS MADE AND HOW GREAT IT LOOKS. IT IS FILLED WITH SOME TYPE OF SAND AND THE SEAMS AND ALL THE STITCHING ARE WELL DONE. I'AM GLAD I CHOSE THE 100 LB BAG, IT DOESN'T MOVE AROUND MUCH AND I WEIGH 220. IF IT DOES SWING TO MUCH FOR YOUR TASTES, IT HAS A RING ON THE BOTTOM THAT CAN BE ATTACHED TO THE FLOOR. ANOTHER NICE FEATURE NOT ALL BAGS HAVE. AFTER THE FIRST TIME YOU USE THIS I KNOW YOU WILL HAVE A BIG SMILE ON YOUR FACE. IT MAKES GETTING IN SHAPE FUN. BUY THIS BAG... YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

Awesome Bag! Great buy! Gave it as a gift and my friend he loved it.
Its big and heavy and it looks really mean.
I was a little skeptical about it being canvas at first (not the usual vinyl I always see) but in the end it turned out to be the best part.
Definitely worth the cash I payed for it.

Just make sure you have a good place to secure this, or buy a rack for it.
My friend didnt fasten it correctly and it fell several times (It was ultimately impaled on a mis-placed car part and tore). Plus if it falls on you, its going to hurt :(

I have not received mine yet, rated at highest for now. FYI go to target, virtually same bag,99$+ tax free shipping. Get coupon for 7$ and open target store credit card to get 10% off. So, we are talking about 90$ total. Target seems to have amazon accounts info anyhow, so probably ok to suggest the cheaper way. It is hard to find discount on canvas 100 pound bag. After researching I feel it should cost arround 75$ total, and still everybody would be making money. Good luck hunting and don't eeven listen what sales people hav to say. Do your own research.::)

This is an awesome bag. I got it about a week or so after I ordered it using free standard shipping, but it was too long for me because I was hopping ready to get my punch on! I got it a few days after my order date and it arrived right on time like it said on the tracking page. When I got it, it was laying in a huge box right outside the garage and I was like, how am I supposed to move this thing. This thing is heavy, so you might want to get help to move this thing around. But after we managed to get it up and find a place to hang it in my basement (ceiling kind of low). I got me a smaller chain and hook from our local hardware store to fit it in my basement. Then, I went to work, and boy does this bag feel good. The first Sunday I really wailed on it with fists, and legs I was tuckered out and exhausted, but the bag kept up real well, no movement of filler material, felt real sturdy, no hard or soft spots. I think this is great material because I bought the canvas bag and not the cheaper stuff I was about to get at a local sporting goods store which had poor reviews on one of their brands. Buy this bag if you want a good workout and got a lot of aggression to take it out on. I recommend getting really good gloves and protection.

I bought this for my husband so he can practice his tae kwon do in the basement. It's extremely well-made, just solidly built, and it can take quite a kick from a black belt. Since it comes pre-filled, the price is amazing and so is free shipping, which can cost almost as much as the bag. My husband bought an additional chain to bolt it to the floor so that he doesn't send it flying. It didn't move terribly much without being bolted, but it's a heavy bag, and if you did wail on it and send it flying, it could damage whatever it hit (including other people!). It's a great bag -- we highly recommend it!

I did a lot of research before buy this heavy bag. I also took the advice of my martial arts instructor and went for the heaviest one since I would be kicking and punching it. We bought a super heavy duty mount due to the weight. I am so impressed with all of it.

I purchased this for my husband and he loves it. I had been searching for one for some time. This one was so reasonably priced. It appears to be well-made and exactly what he was wanting.

It's too hard. I am 6' 190lbs, and it's like hitting a brick wall through a 2" exercise mat.
