Plastic construction, yet very durable and sturdy.
They're also light and easy to take apart in case you want to travel with them (I don't plan on traveling with them, but that's just me).
Overall, I think these are a great set of push-up bars because they are sturdy and durable, yet lightweight and portable.

I didn't realize that they were plastic. They are not great. They slide on capet when doing pushups. If you're serious about push ups, these are not the one's to buy.Published 11 months ago by Kristin Letts
