I bought these for physical rehab of my arms and wrists. I think it is a great package for the price. They seem to be very well built and durable. The handles seem a bit uncomferable but I dont think I have ever used hand grips that are. All in all, if you are looking for hand grips, you should definetly buy these.

I got a set of these for my boyfriend and another set for my son--one set of each strength. Both of them found the red set too easy, and the black set perfect. The blue set is useful for lots of repetitions. The grips came as ordered, although the original ad said there would be a place during the ordering process to indicate what strength level was desired and I never saw a place to indicate that. The red set is perfect for me, by the way.
