TKO ORLOGI will replace them FREE OF CHARGE, provided watch is returned to our service center with payment of $8.95 to cover postage and handing. (This is not a repair charge and no other charge will be made) Accidental damage or defects to other parts not covered by the warranty, such as battery, case, crystal, stem, crown, strap, and bracelet will replaced at minimal cost of parts only. All other conditions of warranty apply.

This watch looks great and very light and comfortable. It sparkles well and I love it - worn it for 2 years now. But, the crystals fell of gradually - about 12 now missing. I am even considering getting another one of the same.
