This is the type with one steel ring to attach to the cable only. I was hoping it was the type which had the additional stell ring to strap the velcro strpping through, thereby giving it much better holding power around your ankle. It basically wraps around itself through the single single steel ring so does not have as much holding power as the type with two steel rings...know what I'm saying?I hate doing abductor / adductors but gotta do em for my knee injury.
