For the price, this is a good strap. I was afraid it would be cheap,but it has held up nicely. Comfortable and durable. A+

This is the type with one steel ring to attach to the cable only. I was hoping it was the type which had the additional stell ring to strap the velcro strpping through, thereby giving it much better holding power around your ankle. It basically wraps around itself through the single single steel ring so does not have as much holding power as the type with two steel rings...know what I'm saying?

I hate doing abductor / adductors but gotta do em for my knee injury.

have other straps, this is by far the easiest to use, most durable and most comfortable.

It definitely does its job. I was worried at first the velcro wouldn't hold up, but my worries over that have long since gone away. My only gripe is when you're using it, the ring kind of scrapes against the link making a hideous noise but I really doubt that's the product's fault.

This little ankle strap is just perfect for leg workouts with the cable machine, and the price is awesome plus free shipping. Thanks so much for offering this great product.

Easy to put on and makes doing my knee therapy exercises a snap when using bands. The last one I purchased is still going strong after ten years.
