I have a small home office and needed a phone with lots of memory. This phone while it has a rather non-intuitive menu system has so many features that most people will not utilize them.The display is adjustable and the buttons are large and very legible - my only complaint is accessing its stored memory is not intuitive such as pressing a marked button, you have to go thru a couple of menu selections to get to stored numbers. Other then that it is easy to use and were I to need another simular phone would not hesitate to purchase this model again.

I was looking for a good phone of good quality and with a readable caller ID screen. A cord was a must. This phone was rated well and is made by a reputable phone manufacturer. Well, the phone is nice, the buttons large and the voice quality is the best that I have ever had. How could a phone this good not have an answering machine??? I would have to subscribe to my cable company's voice mail service at $3.95 a month!! Over time, this would be an investment. So, the phone will be going back. What a shame because this was almost the most perfect phone that I have ever found.

This phone fits in the narrow depth space on my wall very well. The large screen caller ID is great for my aging eyes-don't have to grab the reading glasses. The speeker phone feature is strong and clear. I was able to talk to my 85 year old mother and bake cookies on the other side of the kitchen with no problem. This phone is the BEST.
The only negative comment is that in the description it did not indicate that it needs an AC connection to work. I had to drill a moderate size hole to pass this connection to an AC outlet. The cord had an ample length for me, especially since there is not a near by outlet in my 96 year old home.

My wife really loves this phone. It has made it very much easier for her to conduct her Morris Cerullo prayer line with information and sound much better than her old phone. Thanks for the quick delivery, great price and great product!

Purchased this new phone via Amazon's offerings. The phone
has held up well and does everything it is supposed to do.

I purchased this telephone to replace one of my cordless phones in the kitchen. Because of many electrical appliances in the kitchen, constant "static" and buzzing sounds were the norm whenever I had to answer or attempt a call from my cordless phone. This telephone unit solved all my issues - large caller id display, large keypad, crisp and clear sound and I had a phone I could rely on if there should be a power outage. It also comes with a built-in DSL filter which is a plus. Best of all, the TMC customer service provides a no-nonsense service. Only two days after I started using this unit, I needed some assistance with my new telephone and a very knowledgeable and professional technician promptly assisted with the phone and I didn't have to be put on hold! I give two thumbs up for this unit and for the manufacturer's customer service. I'll buy this unit again for other rooms in the house in the future if replacement is needed. I tried other countless corded phones with caller id display and they all died on me before I could actually enjoy them and the customer service was not even worthy to mention. This phone is by far the best~ It comes with its 2-year warranty and the best customer support service! I thought I'd give it a try after I had read a positive review by someone else and I'm glad I did! You can't go wrong with this product!
