This workbook and PC simulation game is the best self learning tutorial up to date on the Theory of Constraints applied to operations. The simulator is very easy to use with its pop-up hints and comments.

Especially the simulation showing why the perfectly balanced plant is a disaster is powerful in its simplicity and should be mandatory training for every manager or foreman.

If you want to improve your company's performance, start spending a day with your team running the Goal game. We tried it in a workshop with executives from 5 organisations and each one went back home with an ambitious improvement plan!
