How does this work?
Clicking the “Test drive now” button launches a copy of this app on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), a web service that provides on-demand compute capacity in the cloud for developers. When you interact with the simulated phone using your mouse and keyboard, we send those inputs over the Internet to the app running on Amazon EC2 — just like your mobile device would send a finger tap to the app. Our servers then send the video and audio output from the app back to your computer. All this happens in real time, allowing you to explore the features of the app as if it were running on your mobile device.

Product Description

Train your brain and determine its performance by accepting Einstein's Challenge!

Have you played free "Einstein's Challenge"? That was just the beginning. Now it's time for the real deal. Tons of achievements, three different tests in three different difficulty levels, and bonus game on top of it!

This application will activate and sharpen your brain in an unprecedented manner. It will train your mental skills in many dimensions:
* Memory Test is designed to train your short-term memory, visual memory and concentration. Mastering these skills is crucial for learning new things as well as in everyday life activity.
* Perception Test is designed to train your skills in finding, detecting and spotting. These skills are very important in your real life choices, when missing something might lead to unrecoverable losses.
* Math Skills Test is designed to train your mastery with numbers. Einstein would never make his discoveries without these skills. These skills are also very handy whenever you want to invest money, take a loan or pay your taxes.
* Color Skills Test is designed to improve your color memory and image processing skills. This test is quite different than the others and trains your brain in different dimension.

This application will analyze how good you are in all above skills and present it as comparison to Albert Einstein's brain (or what would be expected of him, given his genius-level intelligence). You can even beat the Einstein result, if you are good enough.

Constant brain training is essential both for kids mind development and for keeping brain active and not aging for adults. This app is suitable for any gender, age and profession. You can train each day and observe your progress by unlocking subsequent achievements. There are many achievements to unlock, for different games and different difficulty levels. In time you will see that your brain performance gradually improves.

Buying this app might be the best investment you have ever made!

How to play:
Einsteins Challenge consists of three tests, but you can also take each test separately. You might select one of three difficulty levels before each game. On easy difficulty, tests are usually easier, but number of points is decreased. On high difficulty, there are additional obstacles that make it harder to finish test. Number of point is increased however.

Now with new game modes:
* Quick game mode: play until first mistake. Time for each stage is shortened in this mode. You can get much more score in this mode.
* Training mode: play without time limit. You can decide by yourself how much time do you need for each stage, but you are not awarded any score for playing this mode.

== Additional notes ===
* THIS APPLICATION REQUIRES NO SPECIAL PERMISSIONS TO RUN.
* No ads, no internet access, no meddling with your device or your personal data.
* Tons of achievements to unlock.
* If you like this app, please give us 5 stars!

3.0 out of 5 stars Needs work. January 9, 2014

Doesn't run well on certain tablets. On my Tegra2 running ICS, for example, the screen often is cut off. The game interface was obviously designed for certain (older) phones. Portrait mode is forced, also. In addition, I have found that it shows display anomilies during some math tests on a Jelly Bean phone (Android 4.2.1) but seems fine under Gingerbread.

Now, while I love a mental challenge and appreciate the effort, I also love an app that works-- especially if it is a paid app. I have no choice but to deduct two stars for lack of polish and two stars for display bugs, but added back a star for respect (due to no adware or questionable permissions) and one for the fact that an attempt is made to help the user and not just mindlessly entertain them. That brings it to three stars .

Some more polish and bug fixes would go a long, long way towards more stars. I know this developer can pull it off and I hope that they do. We must hold paid apps to a higher standard, you know. Real money is changing hands, here, usually.

(Note: yes, I got this app as the FAOTD and I thank both the dev and Amazon for that. But I have to assume that it is a different day as I write this for the sake of others.)

2.0 out of 5 stars Isn't up to par January 8, 2014

Sorry, I hate to give bad reviews but apps like mind games pro are far better.
Here, you are basically introduced by being hustled through a sequence of memorize-the-position-of-the-number and add-numbers-quickly episodes.
The app tests how fast you are, and how good your visual short-term memory is, not much else.
You can have a photographic memory and still not be smart.
You then have a few other games that don't offer much variation.
It's one of the weakest FAOTD I've seen so far.

Very small file size
No permissions
Cute app compatible with my Samsung Galaxy SII
*Just a memory game and a little mathematical skills for one of the challenges - veiw increasing qty of numbers on the screen, add them in your head, numbers dissappear pretty quickly but have forever to answer on easy mode.
*$1.99 app? No...... maybe. 49
*No development tools used to create app, just native encoding, and no ads/spyware

The first thing I did was run an ad detector and there were none in this app. I then ran a virus security and privacy detector and again this app was clean. That was the good news. The bad news is that the app is really a flash card test to see if you can quickly memorize the data on the screen and repeat it back for example. There is little other attempt to polish the game. This theme is repeated over and over. Its graphics are very simple and there are no sound effects or soothing music that I could find. The game needs some polish and the option to have some background music or sound that you can control the volume of. Each level has an Easy, Medium and Hard mode to select to play. For me this was an OK game but not spectacular. It is a good start but it needs to be improved if it is to sell for $1.99.

The game looks like a good start but it needs some more conceptual improvements and polish. Why not use shapes instead of colors for color blind people? Why not use photos and shapes instead of just colors and numbers? Mix it up to make it more interesting!

The game to me is a flash test where you are shown a set of colored balls or numbers for example and asked to select only one color after the colored balls disappear, touch the numbers in numerical order or do the sum of the numbers for example after the balls disappear. This is a mental challenge and memory building game for your perception and ability to flash memorize information. Its presentation just seems to be too institutional and blah (Generic).

The graphics are very simple and if you are color blind some levels of the game will be impossible for you to play.

2.0 out of 5 stars Einstein review January 9, 2014

This app would have received more stars but on the math section, I couldn't see the answers to choose from on my s4. And I couldn't scroll down. The answers were below my screen. So disappointed.

2.0 out of 5 stars Expected more. January 9, 2014

I thought with name like Einstein's Challenge there would be more to it. The game only does a test that has three parts: memory, perceptive, and math. You can choose to have the test easy, medium, or hard.

Memory = Numbers are shown in bubbles, then numbers are hidden and you are to tap numbers in order.
Perceptive = numbers are shown in various bubbles, you need to find the number that appears only once and when the numbers are hidden you tap that number.
Math = Add numbers are shown in bubbles and when numbers are hidden, choose the answer from four answer choices.

After you finish it gives you a Brain percentage, along with percentages for each test parts. I can see some validity in the memory and math parts, but the perceptive part, I can't see the point for it. I tried each difficulty, but there are better apps than this for brain training. I am glad that I didn't pay for this app, if I had I would be highly disappointed.
