This software comes as 4 seperate CD's - all are completely unrelated to each other. The gardeners journal is just awful and almost DOS like. Burpee should be ashamed, their web site is so good and the 3D Garden Designer is difficult to use at best. Instant Landscaping is worthless without a photo of your own. I wanted to plan my driveway turnaround on paper - should be easy. There were no trellis's and everytime I tried to view a plant selection, the same plant shows over and over. Don't waste your money.

Outdated software that doesn't even operate correctly half the time on current Windows operating systems. I tried to contact the publishers and was told that the software isn't even being supported anymore and that I should return it to wherever I bought it...they didn't even try to help me, just told me to return the software! Not worth the money whatsoever.

I bought this from QVC. Two of the programs would not load running Windows ME. I contacted the manufacturer and there is no support available.

DO NOT BUY THIS. The Burpee 3D app will not run on XP. There is not support.

DON'T BUY THIS. Was not able to access windows, doors, porches, decks, etc to change the exterior of the house as the box stated. Went on-line to drag n drop a door and an error came up. Without access to what was available on the so called internet sight you have very little to work with. On-line tech support is no help what so ever! They cut and pasted the help topic from the CD! Horrible service, very limited decisions on what you want to do. Am returning this item to the store with a formal complaint. They should be ashamed of themselves!

I bought this product, took it home and it wouldn't even load on my computer Windows XP ...New Laptop Computer...Missing and Corrupt dll ext......! All the other cd's that came with "Instant Landscaping" worked but I didn't want them...I purchased the boxed package to get "Instant Landscaping" not that other stuff!!!

Without any 3D capabilities, this software is equivalent to taking a .bmp of your house and pasting clip art of trees onto it - remarkably unsophisticated. I only used the landscape designing software and didn't look at the other 3 CD's (I am trying to put everything back in the box to make it look like it hasn't been opened so I can return it). Reviews for other landscaping programs seem far from impressive either...maybe there are just no viable options in the low-end landscaping software category.

This was perhaps one of the worst software packages of any kind that I have ever seen, and as a Technology Analyst I have seen some pretty bad ones. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY & TIME!

Don't waste your money on this software. The product claims are bogus. The Garden Designer does not generate realistic 3-D views as claimed. Placement of features is difficult. Scaling in Instant Landscape is near impossible to work with. The workspace is limited.

I found only the Gardener's Journal worth anything in this package.

I went Marco Software's website and found that the instant landscaping version is really old, so I upgraded there and the new professional edition is just want I need to maintain notes on the several gardens I maintain.
