The good news is that one gets DELL's quality and performance. The bad news is that, for USD650+, you get the barest of "bones" as to software, not even Microsoft WORD. Moreover, to the uninitiated (like me), the term "Microsoft Office Live Small Business" might lead one to think that some form of MICROSOFT OFFICE is included. Not the case: it refers only to a website that has helpful information for operating a small business. In contrast, when I bought a DELL Vostro 1500 laptop recently, I knew beforehand what software was included. The same should be the case in promoting THIS product!

I have two similar units in my office. Our network is running on Windows XP Professional and I needed to replace my office computer. This product allowed me to replace my computer and join the network without trouble. The tower is slim and the fans are whisper quiet. I showed the specs to our IT man prior to purchase. Better computer are out there, better DELL's are out there. I chose this one because I needed to stay with the same operating system.

Was delivered earlier than expected. Easy to set up and transfer files and data. Excellent speed and graphics. I use a tethered Blackberry for wireless on this PC and the additional speed and capacity has really improved that as well.
