Charger works great! The instruction manual is not that good, however, if you play with the menu buttons, operation is easy to figure out.

This review is from: TP610C 1-6Cell LiPo 0.25-10A DC Charger w/Balancer (Toy)
I've owned this charger for about a year, but I've only recently started using it. Much like the other reviewer mentioned, the manual may be a little bit confusing, but if you read through it a couple times it becomes more clear. It also helps if you have the charger powered up and working so you can use the menus while reading the manual. You should note that this charger requires a separate power supply that is not included. You should get a minimum of 5A charger (I use the TP-1205P power supply) however the specifications state that the charger will draw 10Amps at max charging current, so if you're going to be charging bigger batteries, you should get a 10A power supply. The TP1205P that I use works fine for charging my 3S 2200mAh LiPo batteries. This charger comes with an add-on adapter board so that batteries of all types can utilize the built in charge balancer. Though I've not used this charger for charging anything other than LiPo batteries, this charger can also be used to charge and discharge Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, Pb (Lead Acid), Li-Ion, and A123 cells. Some of the features that I found nice are: -it has a memory so that you can store charge settings for up to 25 different battery types. -you can specify cutoff voltages for the discharge function to avoid over discharging your battery -you can specify max charge percentage so for example, you can charge your battery to 50% for storage if you want to and it will automatically shut off. -it allows you to monitor the voltage on each cell in the battery -it comes with an alligator clip adapter in case you want to power the charger via a car battery in the field -it has an optional automatic shut-off function based on input voltage to avoid draining your car battery if you're using it as your power supply. Overall this is a great little charger that seems to have a lot of bang for your buck. I'd definitely buy another one should the need arise.
