Looks good, and feels much better than the OEM knob. I like the fact it has the correct gear pattern on it in case I ever valet, or someone else uses the vehicle. The weight is about the same as the OEM knob, but it feels better to me.

I added a quick shifter to my six-speed manual 2006 Tacoma. It felt good, the leather knob that came with the truck was showing its age (dangling threads). So I had experience with the carbon fiber knob TRD makes for the Corolla and to be frank, I think I shift smoother when there is a glassy like surface on the shifter. The shifter installs easily and looks kind of like a billiards cue ball. It is just a shifter but like everything else on my truck needed to be a little special.

Makes my Taco look more badass! Prefer over the OEM knob. It's much larger and easier to grip, making shifts much easier. The gearbox layout printed on the knob is a big plus. The OEM was hard to see, so drivers not familiar with the pattern would always get confused as to where reverse is.

Recommended.

The original-equipment leather shift knob on my '06 Tacoma was coming unstitched and the shift pattern was barely visible any more (confusing to valets, car wash hops and guest drivers). I looked for a replacement leather knob but it was way too expensive. Found THIS shift knob -- it was a much better price and it looks and feels really good. Just unscrewed the old knob, threaded on the (included) lock nut and screwed on the new TRD 6-speed knob -- took all of 2 minutes. Happy trails!

Great shift knob! Excellent quality and it has made shifting more enjoyable and more precise than the stock leather Tacoma knob. BUT buyer beware that I received a gray knob instead of the white in the picture but the gray goes nicely with my interior ! But all in all great little upgrade I would recommend to all !

Product was very easy to install and looks great in my truck. It's much nicer to handle than the stock shift knob and adds a touch of TRD to my truck while not looking too flashy. Overall, very happy with this product, would definitely order again (for the right price of course).

It's pretty much as expected with nothing more... You can feel that it is hallow and it has virtually no weight to it, But again if it were weighted it would cost more and would actually be advertised as a weighted knob. It looks good and feels right in the palm of your hands.
