There are so many choices when it comes to releases. I am very pleased with this product. The price was reasonable to me. The buckle as opposed to velcro is a plus. It has a tab that makes the buckle very workable with gloves on. It allows you to draw the bow with your wrist leaving the fingers free to release the realistic trigger. The release closes on its own after each shot which I like. I find the release to be very adjustable and should work for almost everyone. I shot my bow recently with some long time archers and several of them were going to switch to this tru fire.

This release really surprised me. I thought I was buying a rather "budget" release... Not the case!
This release offers tons of adjustments. I have rather big hands, and it fits great. My girlfriend has much smaller hands and wrists, and it fits her too.
Very comfortable.
This isn't the kind that you pull the trigger to open, put it in place, then move the trigger forward to close. Its the kind that you hold the trigger to keep it open. Minute you let go, its closes and locks.

Strong construction. End of the strap is big enough to block it from slipping out of the buckle when opened.

With prime, I ordered this on a Tuesday afternoon, got it Thursday.

I would recommend this product to hunters/shooters of all ages and skill level.

I have small-ish wrists and for most watches will use the 3rd to 4th to last hole on the strap. With this release I had to use the very last hole for it to give me a snug fit. So note that for women or those with very small wrists that this may not work. This is over a bare wrist, if you are wearing outdoor gear etc, then this would change things.

I like how on this release you can adjust how far the trigger. I also like how you press to release the jaw and then it snaps back into place again. I've also found a way to just tuck the release into the buckle when I'm not going to use it soon which leaves my hands free.

This release is great.I have been shooting bows for 37 Years. Many, many, many 3d shoots etc. This release can be adjusted to a hair trigger to a stiff trigger pull. I love the buckle strap over the velcro because it is the same fit to my wrist everytime.

After using a Winns glove type release for over 15 years I took a chance and switched to the hurricane and I'm very pleased with the results. It's absolutely silent and very durable. The trigger is connected to the wrist strap by a nylon strap which provides infinite adjustment and allows the trigger to stay clear of my hand when I'm nocking an arrow or climbing into my stand.

This is a very comfortable and easy to set up bow release!! I tired so many kinds in the past 10 years but this one is the BEST :)

I am new to archery and bowhunting. I really like this release. It's easy to adjust. I'm left handed and had to flip trigger mechanism over. The trigger can also be adjusted. It comes out of the package a little on the stiff side but after a minor adjustment it fires the way I like it to. All you have to do is press trigger and the jaws open up and then release the trigger and they close back up. I would recommend this release. Two thumbs up.

Reviews looked great, unfortunately i think they where written by newbies to archery hunting. For the price you can't beat it for a starter release. Do not care for the smoothness of the release nor the nylon whimpy strap that connects the release to your wrist. The scenario "You get what you pay for " holds true for this item.
