I purchased this sight to go on a 2008 bowtech 82nd airborne. I was first concerened in the tooless fuction worried that the sight's settings would come loose with the repeated shots from the bow. As of yet I have yet to notice any change. My only complaint and why I gave the sight 4 stars instead of five is that the vertical elevation adjustment is some what limiting, granted this could be in part bowtech's fault as well, but I bought the sight with intentions of adding three more pins and have it sighted out to ninety yards. However, I can not do this because it ran out of vertical adjusment so i only have out to eighty yards which isn't bad (this is with a bow that shoots my arrow at ~300 fps). If you have a slower bow you would probably not be able to have pins out that far. As far as for it's ability to catch light it gets 5 stars, the pins are very bright and when I turn the light on I am able to shoot in the dark basically. Great sight overall. I would recomend if you were looking for a good sight without investing much money in it. If you have lots of money, go crazy with a G5 optrix or a copper john sight.

This sight is excellent, very easy to adjust, solid construction, and the light is great. The only downside is if you screw the light on too much it will either be very dim or not light at all. It is a very thin margin between turning the light on and going too far. I will be buying more of these for any other bows I buy.

I just bought this sight for my 19 y/o son and before I knew it, he had it installed and sighted in. He is shooting his compound bow better than ever and back to loving the sport. Should have bought it sooner. He stated that it was very easy to install, very easy to adjust, and the tooless feature works great. He out shot me for the first time. Now I want one on my bow!

I used it for an elk hunt. The pins were visible until after dark and there was no longer ambient light. The lighted sights are to bright and targets in extreme low light situations are not visible. I'm unsure how this feature would be useful. I really like how easy it is to adjust these sights once your yardage is set for the pins. I was concerned they would come loose. After 10 day hunting and hiking 50 miles in all kinds of terrain, they stayed secure. Good sight.

Bought this to replace the original "no longer glowing" site on my Hoyt. Tooless only applys when moving the entire sight. Moving the individual pins is a Pain, they require an allen wrench and several sets of small hands. I only use three pins and often shoot "between" them. The fiber has little play...sort of like changing a light switch where the electrician left no slack in the wire. I managed to rough it in but I suspect setting the exact distance between the yardage pins will be difficult.You really can't move pins out of the field of view. Once the pins are set, the tooless part should be handy. I also thought the extended fiber would create much brighter pins in low light. Using the included light cleaverly btrightens the pins without distraction but it will be easy to accidently turn the light on. The price is right and shipping was quick. It is a well made sight and was I likely should have done more research and bought something more in tune with my shooting style.
