A personal trainer friend introduced me to this product and I loved it so much I had to get one for myself! It's so easy to use and it really works you out! I've tried the Essential Flexibility DVD that it came with and boy did that stretch me out! I will most likely also buy the metal anchor and the DVD that works out your back (for my husband who has back issues).

I just purchased the new essential pack from TRX. I have only worked on the Basic Training video and the Flexibility video as of yet. So far I am pleased with the results. It's super challenging and I can adjust as needed. The instructors are easy to follow as well as having the written guides for extra assistance. I have had to adjust my trx to fit my door frame, so I modify a lot, but still am able to do all the exercises. The only downside that I have found is that due to the stopper built into my trx, I am not able to do one exercise found on the flexibility workout. Other than that, I recommend anyone trying this system to have a great workout.

The TRX system is just RE-DONK-ULOUS! It allows you train, hard, anywhere! Combine with the Fit Deck, a jump rope, and you have everything you need for the fraction of the cost of a gym. BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Three generations of the family have enjoyed exercising with the TRX since I installed it in my garage. Excellent strength workout for anyone looking for bodyweight exercises beyond the traditional pushup.
