A Great Sidearm, July 15, 2008
I just received mine today from UPS with super fast shipping. I had been shopping around for a cheap CO2 pistol on Amazon for a while, and this one fit the budget but upheld the requirements of quality.
I opened the cardboard box and it held some AirSplat stickers and the gun case. The gun case is black plastic, nothing I'd put stock in to drop from a high place, but the padding (egg holder pattern) within does keep the gun from jostling.
When I opened the case, it held the gun and a small pack of 100 .2g bb's. The gun itself is hefty and seems made out of metal (but isn't, its very sturdy plastic). Most of the weight is towards the top and muzzle of the gun, and even though the metal magazine and 12 gram CO2 cartridge don't offset the weight, it's not a terrible difference. Still easy on the hands.
I slid the grip back and inserted the CO2 cartridge with no problem. After screwing in the bottle with a small hiss, I was almost ready to go.
I pressed the clip release and took out the magazine. It's all metal and comes with a spring lock. There's a small hole in which to pour bb's near the center of the clip. Not a big deal.
Loaded the bb's, re-inserted the clip, and took off the safety.
This gun has a fixed slide, so there was no need to cock the gun. I turned off the safety and pulled the trigger. A good report and a quick white bb came out of the muzzle and shot a hole straight through an empty 1-gallon milk jug.
Overall, this gun has great power when full on gas. I've fired about 100 runs so far, and there is little noticeable depletion of power. As far as accuracy goes, the hop up is a bit weird and every 6th shot or so curves down.
Pros:
-Good weight and feel in the grip
-POWER
-Cosmetics
-Dead accurate up to around 50 feet
Cons:
-15 round clip on a semi-auto means your bullets run out, and quick.
-If you fire too quickly, its possible to jam the gun. The remedy for this is to slide the safety button to the safe side and hold it there while pulling the trigger.
-Has no moving slide, but thats just my preference and I can see past that with this gun.
I've enjoyed this gun immensely so far and is a tough, solid piece of handiwork. I hope you have fun with yours if you decide to purchase it.

Impressive Gun and Works with C11 Magazines!, February 21, 2011
This gun works like I expect my guns to work. The seal between the gun and the co2 is tight so no gas escapes (at least in mine, and I did not have to twist the cartridge in very tight). The gun seems to shoot at about 350-380 fps and is made of a very sturdy plastic. It has a realistic weight to it and honors the true scale of the actual m9 Beretta, which is cool. This is well worth the $40 and free shipping.
Another BIG pro to this gun, that has been debated and questioned, is the fact that this gun CAN use crosman c11 clips as well. I own a c11 and two spare magazines and have tried every one of them with this m9, and they all work. I can promise you that this was not just by chance. So I suggest buying some c11 magazines for this and saving some money. The magazines, side-by-side have NO difference; they are EXACTLY the same magazines, contrary to what some may say. Like I said, it is not by chance that all 3 of my c11 magazines worked with this.
Pros
Economical
Uses c11 magazines
heavy plastic
co2 efficiency (about 150 shots per 12g cartridge)
powerful
accurate
resembles a true-scale Beretta m9
Cons
No blowback (which is more of a pro for me, less gas consumption and more shots that way)
safety is difficult to set and undo at first(at least for mine)

Best Secondary Division II Weapon To Have., September 3, 2010
This review is from: TSD Sports M9 CO2 Gas Powered Non-Blowback Airsoft Pistol with Case (Sports)
This M9 (92FS) is a very durable, versatile secondary weapon that could be used in almost any given airsoft situation. With a maximum of 16 rounds in every magazine, you are sure reload not very often. The high capacity magazine coupled with the high accuracy and range make it as efficient as a sniper rifle with no scope. The fact that this 92FS replica has enough velocity (~400-450 FPS) to draw blood makes it a great weapon to torture your friends in the battlefield. Because this is a complete non-blowback airsoft firearm, - the hammer included - you get total gas efficiency. This is a very balanced weapon overall and could be used as a primary. The ONLY thing I don't care for is the case. It is completely functional - I just think that I could have saved money without the case included.
