5.0 out of 5 stars great buy!
great gun, i got the dual tone because the black was out of stock, but great performance, (more accurate than my smg's) slide has to be pulled kinda hard the first time or two, but then it is fine, magazine holds approx. 21 rds. i ordered an extra, so it takes a while to run out, comes with .12 g bbs, but .20 g are a little more accurate. i strongly suggest this gun to...

3.0 out of 5 stars Good but not great
The gun arrived a day early. i opened it up included gun,100 .12 bb's, and a clip. The gun was awesome. I loved it the only issue was the accuracy. To sum it up terrible. After about 40 feet the bb goes strait up in the air. But in battle it's a good gun FOR CQB ONLY. 290 fps is the velocity. But after about 2 weeks the back of the slide (the 2 pieces next to the hammer...

5.0 out of 5 stars Wow! This gun is great!, November 12, 2009

For 22 bucks this gun is almost a steal. It came early so I was very pleased. I'm going to go over a few pros and cons of this gun.
Pros
300-315 fps
Very accurate, almost to 100 feet
Heavy Feel to it
Hurts!

Cons
Very hard to pull back compared to a normal pistol
Small Clip (16 shots, it says 22 but it will jam if you put in too many)

Overall this is a wonderful gun, I would recommend you buy it.

4.0 out of 5 stars nice gun, June 9, 2007
this is a nice gun with a heavy weight real gun feel to it. it's pretty easy to cock and it's easier to use after you break it in a little. I've had mine for about six months now and no problems yet. they say it holds 25 rounds but the most i can fit in is 16. pretty accurate i'd give it 4/5. there is an orange tip but mine just kinda popped off

5.0 out of 5 stars Powerful Pistol, December 2, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Great pistol! This is very powerful, as advertised! Holds about 16 BBs for me, until it gets too difficult to put more in. Its not full metal, mostly some kind of fiber plastic. It is strong though, and looks really cool. Great weight to the gun! I have a completely full metal pistol of the same size that I got from Europe, and this M9 is way more powerful, which really surprised me. Lots of fun shooting at targets!

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing gun!, January 3, 2009
A Kid's Review
This gun is great. It cocks really easily once you cock it enough times. It has a nice, real feeling weight to it. It is very powerful too. There is a really short trigger pull. When you cock it or pul the hammer back, the trigger comes back too and you have a really short trigger pull. The gun is double action. But it isn't semi automatic. Just everytime you pull the trigger, the hammer comes back and then shoots forward. It only does this when it isn't cocked. The clip holds 22 rounds. Once you have put in about 16 rounds, it gets harder to put them in. So try really hard because this clip DOES hold 22 rounds. But don't try to put a 23rd round in. But yeah, overall, GREAT gun. It's a really good gun for airsoft.

5.0 out of 5 stars awsome!!!!!!!, February 27, 2011
This review is from: TSD Sports M9 Spring Powered Airsoft Pistol (Sports)
Im 13 and i got this gun (black one) from ShortyUSA.com (btw awsome web site if u havnt seen it go there) and it was the best pistol i have. if you get it i think it does best with .2g bbs and is made of very good plastic i hav droped it a few times and my friend fell and got dirt in the chamber after a few games all of it came out. so its a really tuff gun and wont break so if you are looking for a good back up gun this is it.

pros:
very sturdy
mag holds 22 rnds ( after bout 18 almost impossable to load the rest)
shoots good
fps is bout 250 not sure tho just gessing

cons:
the part yyou use to cock it seems kinda of a cheep plastic but hasnt broke on mine yet

5.0 out of 5 stars Exellent Prop, December 26, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought this gun for use as a cosplay prop.
Looks: 5/5
A very realistic gun, well suited for use as a prop.
Weight: 4/5
This gun weighs every bit as much as it's real counterpart. it's quite heavy, maybe a bit much for some people but it makes the movements look a bit more natural.
Function: 4/5
The slide is a bit stiff to move, though i expect it's like all springs that it gets easier to do as the spring wears. the hammer can be manually pulled back without too much effort. there is even a safety even if it is a touch weird.the clip seems to look quite natural and has a pretty smooth action and the clip release if workable single handed if you have large hands.

After about 40 feet the bb goes strait up in the air. But in battle it's a good gun FOR CQB ONLY. 290 fps is the velocity. But after about 2 weeks the back of the slide (the 2 pieces next to the hammer broke off) not that bad but it does affect the apperince. Then a few days later the magazine started messing up and it cambered all the bb's in the magazine (and the magazine only had 17 bb's in it so it was not overloaded). All the bb's poured out of the barrel. i managed to fix the problem. if you buy this gun be aware of possible problems.
