Arkon Tt112 Deluxe Friction Dashboard Mount For Tomtom® Gps Units is one of the best products I have purchased recently. No mess on the dashboard. Easy to remove and conceal. No one needs to know you have a Gps unit when your car is parked.
Great Solution.

I was very pleased with the quality of this dashboard mount for my TomTom GPS. I have seen some cheap one's in the stores but this beats them by a mile. I especially like the "open" front that allows the GPS to be put at about any angle. It is heavy enough with a special "gripper" bottom, that it will not slide off the dashboard. The two adjustment knobs allow me to position the GPS unit side to side and up and down at just about any angle I want. I did not want to use the windshield suction mount and this allows the GPS to be placed just about anywhere on the dash for ease of sight. A real plus for those of us that wear glasses. I highly recommend this product.

I love this product - everything we were looking for.
Easy to put together, use and take down. I have a minivan and this works great for when I am driving alone or even when I have a co-pilot.
The bean bag holder is very heavy and does work.

This is a great mounting for my GPS, now I can keep it in place, before I had to chase it all over the floor as it would fall off of the window, it was driving me nuts, this is great.

-1 star for a very disappointing design change. The last joint on the back of the head for the mount (just behind where the TomTom mounts to it) as shown in the picture should have been a left-right only moving joint with a top screw. The mid-joint was your up/down (still is).

They changed the head joint to a ball-in-socket type joint with a compression ring. These types are notorious for wearing out, and never being able to get quite tight enough to never move on their own, this made me sad! With trying to tighten it as tight as I can get it, if you bump it, the TomTom is heavy enough to make it move. =( It's ok for now as long as I'm not mashing buttons rough and don't bump it, but I see this taking what was a great mount by design, and shortening it's longevity greatly.

Everything was just as advertised. Seller left out one part but apologized and took care of it right away. The base can be ordered without the adapters (for about 1/2 the price) which you may not need by using the suction cup on your Tom Tom. The suction cup they supply is more adjustable than the one that came with my Tom Tom so I am using it. No more rings on your windshield -hurah!

Arkon TT112 is probably the most versatile and sturdy of all the gps mounts that I have seen at local stores. Amazon seller saved me over $5.00 on this item and they didn't charge for shipping. The mount stays securely on the dashboard. We like it because the GPS fits securely on the mount and swivels so my husband can see it too. Great product!!

This kit fit perfect with my TomTom XXL, I have not had it slide off the dash yet and that is doing some fast twisties. I would recomend this to any one looking for a dash mount with safety hook.
