We rescued a puppy from a high kill shelter, only to find out that she had a bad case of parvo. We had her hospitalized and treated, and even though she pulled through, it was a long road to recovery. We were feeding her Wellness Puppy, and her stools continued to be soft for weeks and weeks after the parvo treatment. Our vet told us to expect digestive side effects for up to a year after her recovery. We were getting very used to having to rip up the grass to pick up her poops -- gross, but I am sure other dog owners know what I am talking about. We felt so bad for her, knowing that she must be suffering quite the tummy ache, and were desperate to help. We tried so many supplements, probiotics, nothing helped her to improve. Then one day while venting to the owner of a local independent dog store about our troubles, she instantly recommended switching to NutriSource. She said that it would be life changing for us. Desperate, we bought a bag that day and began transitioning our pup over that night. Within a month -- NORMAL poops! This was a miracle for us. I thought we were forever destined to have a dog with digestive issues, but NutriSource helped us! We kept her on it until she was a little over a year, when she started losing interest in eating it. At first, we were terrified she was sick... but she was just bored of this food :) We ended up switching her to a grain free salmon food, which she has been eating for the least 1.5 years. Her digestive issues are a thing of the past, and now she is a totally normal dog! I am so so so so so happy we found this food. It was a life saver!

A very good puppy food that came recommended by my Veterinarian she seems too like it all right and the kibbles are small enough for my small breed dog. it is really expensive but it comes in a 35 lb bag which I am finding should last my 6 month old pug until I switch her back to adult food at a year old. I love that it has no corn wheat or soy in the food so if my bigger dog with allergies gets some of it no worries there. This is a puppy food I would definitely buy again and for the price you get a lot of food. It is also great for pregnant and lactating bitches in their last two weeks of pregnancy and until weaning then you just get the pups on this food it is great no switching her around a bunch or putting the puppies on something different. good food good quality.

This is the best puppy food not he market. I take in no less than 700 dogs a year as a rescue. When they won't eat anything else they will eat this. Since feeding this I have not had any parvo and I credit the probiotics for that. I won't be without it. Believe me I have tons of experience with what works and what doesn't.

Puppy loves this. This is the food she was on at the breeder's. I decided not to change her, even though I could not find it locally.
