Great fun and easy to follow!, April 28, 2009

My granddaughters have this and they love it. Their mom wasn't been able to figure out how to expose the girls to yoga without it being too boring for them. My granddaughters are very active children, hard to sit still. But when the TWIGyoga CD is out they are focused, and they like that there is a guide inside that's easy for them to follow along to. I think the stories are short and sweet, and are easy to remember, which helps the girls do the poses on their own. From my experience, I would recommend this to anyone with very active 5 and 8 year olds. The voice is also really well done, not annoying. Very engaging and soothing when necessary, I appreciated this since I listen to it while I watch the girls doing their yoga.
