I ordered the HGW to help fill in the gaps of when I'm not in the mood, but my wife is. After much web research, I find it work as recommended. It's not an over night miracle pill, but you will notice it working when it kicks in. I was taking it for about a week and a half before I felt the difference. It wasn't a "blow your top off" type of difference, but enough to for me to say "heeey".
