The professional grade watch features a round black dial with white Arabic numeral at three, six, nine, and 12 o'clock and luminous indexes for easy nighttime reading at any elevation. TX's six-hand movement offers a second time zone, cool orange subdials to track minutes and hours, and a tachymeter to measure speed and distance. All of your important instruments are protected by a sapphire crystal. The bidirectional black stainless steel bezel is an electronic compass with magnetic declination compensation, accurate to within ten degrees. Durable black stainless steel casing and bracelet band material are ready for your most extreme adventures. The bracelet band closes securely with a deployment clasp with safety. I've owned this watch for 3 years now. I wear it daily, and often wear it when hiking, camping, etc. I'm pretty hard on watches, and this one has stayed with me and I've yet to put any significant marks on it. The flyback chrono is cool, if a little hard to read in low light. The compass works for rough work. The luminous coating is very bright, but not especially long lasting. Is this a tactical watch? No. It's functional fashion, but the colors and design are unique and it is durable. The band on mine was perfect. It has NEVER let go unexpectedly. I'm getting ready to deploy to Afghanistan and have no problem taking it along for in garrison work. A solid watch at a very good price. The only minor problem I had was some of the printing on the face peeled off in the very edges. At first it bothered me, then I just couldn't see it any more.
