I adore bored games. They are usually #1 only my Christmas list. I was given Babble On in 1992. Reading the box alone was a good time. I was able to play this game with my friends and family having the same amount of fun. Recently I have seen adverts for a bored game called "Mad Gab" that looks rather similar to Babble On. I haven't played Mad Gab yet so I can not say if it's as good as Babble On. It doesn't look like it has the same set up. Babble On is fast paced and hilarious. If you don't mind feeling a little foolish trying to work out what the sentences are then I highly recommend this game. Its impossible to play with game with out full on belly laughter. Take a chance, be the black sheep and go with the Original. Ewe Walnut Bee lay town!

This game makes me laugh every time I play.
You basically have a whole bunch of lists of phrases that make no sense on their own. (Like "MEEK CAME HOW'S") Each team takes turns trying to figure out what it's supposed to mean. That one would be "Micky Mouse". Each list has 6 phrases and you need to get through as many as you can in a limited time (tracked via included sand gizmo). Do as many cards as you want. Goes well with liberal libation. |
