Look so good.

I didn't have to worry about them fogging up because I couldn't swim an entire lap without them leaking.

They fit like a glove around the eye sockets and stay there with no deprivation to comfort.

I just bought one of Rocket Socket 2.0 without anti-fog and I discover with horror how much these goggle fog like crazy. The moment I put them on, it already start to fog. I swim in a fog the whole time: I cannot even see a guy face 2 foot from me. On the plus side, there is no leakage after 2h17m of swimming, it did not hurt my eyes to wear this goggle and it's comfortable to some degree.

So if u want to use them either buy an anti-fog solution or take baby shampoo wipe on the goggles. Wipe the extra mixture off with a cotton ball, but be sure to leave a thin layer of the mixture on it. Spray with water, and your done. It works for at least 2 weeks of swimming 40+ miles

These take the cake. They are, bar none, the highest echelon in competitive swimming eyewear. Until I tried these, I prefered swedish style goggles, and these really have the same feel. SR's provide a bit of silicone on the outer rim of the gaskets that make them slightly more comfortable to wear while maintaing that hard and tight seal notorious to swedes. They NEVER leak, and because the lenses are of slightly higher quality, they are less prone to fogging. Distance swimmers and sprinters alike will find something to love here.

I loved the 1st version of TYR's socket Rockets, but version 2.0 incorporates a lot of adjustability while maintaining the legendary low profile and encased fit of swedes. The only drawback to these goggles out of the box is the strapping; TYR is notorious for selling quality lenses with poor strapping, and you will likely end up replacing the headstrap after about 2 months of continous swimming. I would recommend getting a strong silicone headstrap separately if this is an issue.

Far superior in almost every aspect, if you are a serious swimmer, you WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED WITH THESE.

I was hesitant about ordering these - I hate the feeling of small goggles pressing on my eye balls during long workouts and tend to go with bigger models for training. But for the price I figured I'd give them a try and maybe keep them just for meets. I am very surprised by the comfort and overall fit. I swim about 4000m 3x a week and these goggles never leak, fall off on off-the-block starts or leave marks around my eyes afterwards. As others pointed out, they do not have anti-fog coating and fog up very quickly. But to me this is not a problem - that coating doesn't last long anyways and good old spit or shampoo takes care of the problem easily.

I've been a competitive swimmer and water polo player for 15 years and have always been a fan of Swedish-type goggles. They are lightweight, hydrodynamic and surprisingly modular. However, they are an acquired taste. Those new to swimming or sensitive around their eyes will find discomfort in these goggles, which hug your eye socket and apply much pressure to the bridge of your nose. TYR does make one attempt at providing additional comfort over the traditional $1.99 Swedes by applying a thin rubber seal around the edge of the socket, which also helps stop leakage (some traditional Swedes were prone to leaking). Make no mistake, these are pure racing goggles and I use more comfortable ones for extended training.

I have always loved these goggles and own 4 pairs already (different colors of course), and they have always been good to me, therefore I buy more. These came brand new, fast shipping, great price.

I used to use swedes all the time until I noticed one day in the mirror I was developing permanent bags under my eyes. It wasn't because I was sleep deprived, but from my swedes causing bruises around my eye sockets. I switched to these and wish I had done it years ago. They fit and look the same but feel significantly more comfortable.

The soft rubber or silicon around the edge of the sockets make a water tight seal and don't bruise or cut my eyes.

They do scratch up easily, so take care not to throw them in the bottom of your equipment bag.

The rubber straps do lose their stretch after about 6 months of daily use.

I swim for my college, and these are the perfect training goggle.

I would highly recommend them.

I recently purchased these goggles as I have always been a fan of the swedish goggle style. The eye pieces fit perfectly in the socket and the bit of silicone they added around the edge provides a bit more comfort than the traditional swedes style. Let me be clear, if you are used to wearing goggles with lots of cushion then these will seem very uncomfortable at first as they have almost no cushion, however, if you are used to the traditional swedes style then you will notice a slightly more comfortable feeling. When properly adjusted these goggles do not leak and they socket pieces will last for a VERY long time with minimal degradation of vision. HOWEVER, my reason for not rating these a 5 would be the very, very cheap head straps that come with the goggle. I replaced mine as soon as I was able to with the goggle bungee straps (fun colors and something different, others may prefer silicone straps- which is NOT what comes with them as stated in the product description) and I would highly recommend that other purchasers do the same. Overall these are a great product and I intend to buy more in other colors. Happy swimming!

* As a note if you're looking for a product to help with fogging I also recommend using Jaws anti-fog quick spit spray. I like to prep my goggles right when I get to the pool while I am getting ready. Spritz once into each lens, wipe around, and let sit while you get ready. Then dip them in the pool when you get out there--if there is stinging it means there is still a bit too much product left on the lens and gently dip once more. Fog free goggles for at least an hour!
