Short, but informative,
By
This review is from: The Tabernacle (DVD)
The information was excellent and seeing the computer generated interior of the Tabernacle certainly illuminated a lot of the symbolism. I did think that the length of the video was a bit short for the price, but I guess I should take into account that this is probably not a high-volume product. Overall, I enjoyed it and I do recommend seeing it. Although, I'm not sure I would have purchased it if I could've rented it.

In this DVD one sees only computer animation, but it is very well done. One hears
mostly the words from Scripture describing the Tabernacle, with minimal added comments. Though it was "understated" in a sense, to me that meant it was not extraBiblical, and I felt a sense of awe watching it, personally. This production would be suitable for Jews, except for the very end when a short message is given about Yahusha, the Messiah.

We watched this video tonight at The Christian House of Prayer in Copperas Cove, Texas. It was fantastic...so clear...so concise and understandable. I have a new hunger to know more about the Tabernacle and it's importance in the life of a believer.

I rented this DVD movie over a year ago of the Tabernacle, and I was so 'fascinated and filled' with
the story and details that I had to see it again. So I ordered it for my DVD Christian collection of documentaries and movies. It is a treasured DVD. If you want to learn more about God and what happened in the time of old and before Jesus, when God was doing all the things on earth in talking to the men of God, then you need to really buy this DVD. You will not regret it. I LOVE IT.

Pretty good overview,

This is a good (but short) overview of the tabernacle. Will be using it for young kids to give them visuals on what the Scripture is describing as we study the Tabernacle.

Good visual for Sunday School,

I purchased this video for my 6th grade Sunday School class to watch. We have been learning about the Tabernacle and I thought this would be good for the kids to have a bit more of a visual. The kids really thought this was a good video and that it helped them understand the contents of the Tabernacle. I wish it would have been longer and more detailed but for this age it was perfect and they have have already asked to see it again. Worth the price.

Quick way to become oriented to the Tabernacle and how it prefigures many issues in the New Testament.

Can't believe I paid $19.99,
This review is from: The Tabernacle (DVD)
This is hardly worth the $20 I spent on it. So much more could have been said/taught. I had hoped to use it as a compliment to the OT course I teach at a University. So much of it feels like the creators included the reading of long passages of Scripture to fill time. They could have included much more historical background information. I won't be using it, and I'll be listing my copy for sale. If it was under $10, I wouldn't feel so ripped off.
