Tabi Socks, Black 5 pairs

PROS: They aren't too tight and are pretty comfortable.

CONS: These are THIN as a ghost and I had no problems at all putting holes in each pair on the first wear. I WORK AT HOME AND ONLY WORE THEM AROUND THE HOUSE *WITH* SANDALS. Unless sitting at my desk or playing xbox count as strenuous activity, I literally did nothing to warrant holes on the first wear.

I thought it would be cool to have some tabis, but these are serious knock offs. Imagine the cheapest quality material you can find and this stuff will be cheaper!

ALSO, they did not arrive packaged as shown, they came in individual plastic sheaths which I find to be pretty wasteful. It is hard to compare the quality against a picture, but the pic makes the socks appear to be thick and cottony, so look out for that.


If these were labeled "disposable" then I would give them 5 stars.

I ordered these to go with my ZEM gear barefoot running shoes.... It fit well together but that is it.... the socks shrink so much I could barely put them on and after a few runs they started self-destroying a little bit like ladies nylon socks... Like if the overlock of the treads was faulty... it started with the toes and ripped to no end... I do not recommend.

For anyone loving flip flops, in particular for me Fit Flops, these wonderful socks have greatly extended the wearing season! They are very comfortable and keep my feet warm even as the temperatures are dropping. Unlike most socks you have a left and a right sock but it's easy to tell them apart. I will buy more of these and plan to give some to friends as a unique but certainly useful present.

If you read the Product Features, it clearly states, "Mid-calf Height" along with "Calf and Arch Support". This is NOT what you get.

The item comes not as pictured and each pair of socks is in its own plastic bag. I could care less how they come as long as they're as described. What I received instead were actually knee high cotton tabi stockings. There is no sign of mentioned calf and arch support either in these "socks". Be aware of this before you purchase these. I have posted pictures. Also, be aware that the seam will run along the tip and between your toes and some might find this uncomfortable.

The threads can and will most likely snag on something and pull out much like a run on ladies panty hose.

If you're expecting tabi athletic cotton socks then save your money and look elsewhere. If you want knee high cotton tabi stockings then you've found what you're looking for.

These socks are great I bought them to go with my Rikio fighter tabi boots
but they work great with sandels too, I,m a US Mens size 10 1/2 and the socks are a tad snug at first
but they break in quickly.

Excellent delivery time, and the product is excellent. These traditional socks are thicker and much more comfortable than the thin almost dress socks that came with my Ninja Tabi Boots originally.

I needed some black socks for work, so I decided "why not". The tabi socks are very comfortable, if a tad hard to put on quickly.
