I randomly happened upon TableFare's web site while reading about spices and I'm very glad that I did. My advice is to jump right in and order the Starter Kit because no review or picture does this product justice. Wait until you feel it in your hands!

First, a note on shipping: I live in Eastern Washington and SpiceCare ships from Seattle. I wasn't expecting the package for about 3-4 days so you can imagine my glee when I saw the package 1 day after it shipped! Your mileage may vary depending on where you live, what you order, etc. But I was impressed.

Second, a note on the customer service: I was hesitant to spend the money on this when you can find affordable (and durable) glass jars locally. I sent an e-mail to TableFare's customer service and guess who wrote me back? The owner herself! She sent me an e-mail so detailed and impressive that I immediately bought the SpiceCare Starter Kit after reading the e-mail.

Third, a note for the cost-conscious: I know that this can be a more expensive product than others out there but you pay for quality. I really recommend building your collection slowly if you're on a budget. If money is tight, don't spring for the full system; buy the Starter Kit (or 2 or 3) and then you can add individual containers later. It's a cost-effective solution so that you can organize your spices now. Your kitchen won't be happier!

The containers are heavier than I imagined, and it thrilled me when I pulled them out of the box because they are VERY durable. The interlocking of the containers is genius because you can group spices by collections, which means that you can have "most used spices" in one unit, "spices used for baking" in another, etc. Don't limit yourself to spices either! Fill them with baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, espresso powder, etc and you will have an extremely efficient method right at your fingertips.

Now, I have to go because I'm really anxious to go to my co-op and buy more spices to fill these containers!

This also is my second time getting these, They are really GREAT!!! I have try many other type of spice containers, but these I fine work better, than anything I ever used. The sizes are really nice and easy, to handle.

Spice Care Spice Containers Starter Kit. I have been looking for quite some time as well as my Mother and Mother in-law for nice spice jars. I have looked at glass ones, plastic ones even metal ones, but none of them have everything I wanted. I purchase a Space-Saver Spice Carousel With Built- In Measures and hate it. The spices dry out get clumped together. It is very hard to clean and if you do put them in the dishwasher the lids shrink. Plus the mess the build in measure makes. So after looking and looking I found Spice Care. I looked up the company and found out that a Chef designed them. I liked the different sizes and the built in leveler, not to mention the wide lid where you can actually put a tablespoon inside and it fits. I purchase the starter kit just to see if I would like them and also purchased one for my mother in-law and mother for christmas. I love them they stack neatly together. Are simple to clean in the diswasher, have nice sized labels on them and have a wonderful seal. I had a problem with one of the tops hinge being broken. I contacted the company and they replace it with no problems. They are a pleasure to do business with and look forward to purchasing more from them in the near future. I would recommend them to anyone looking for wonderul spice containers.

I love these spice containers!

The lids open and close reliably, without spilling. I love the little leveling blade inside each lid!
That the containers stack and lock together is brilliant. I have them grouped together, loosely, by ethnic use, but as I fill out the drawer with more containers, I will have the baking stack, and maybe other groupings, too.

I love that I can change the labels with no trouble at all, no sticky goo to contend with. I really appreciate the opaque fronts, because if I ever decide to store my spices on the counter, I know they won't get any light, and will last longer.

I'm an organization geek, and love these containers. Form AND function?! Be still, my heart.

These little darlings are exactly as promised on the website; finally all my spices are in the same spot in my kitchen! No more buying a $6 bottle of oregano just to find another jar buried in the back of the shelf later. It's easy to find what you need, use it, put it away, and determine if you need more. The tips and tricks videos on the website were very helpful. The are a little pricey, but certainly seem to be very high quality, and I expect them to last a very long time. I show them to everyone who comes over, it's my favorite find of the year!

I am so pleased with the quality,the design,& the speed of delivery. I had a little trouble putting in the screen, I then looked at the very simple directions-(Hehehe!)and then had no problem putting in the screen. I like this Idea because it makes it easy to bring some of my favorite spices w/me on the go conveniently. Very cool. Thanks for creating a cool, quality product. I also was not expecting to receive this item for 6 to 9 days. very speedy delivery. I received package the very next day.<3 I ordered 2 spice Care kits,2 shaker packs & extra medium and large jars. more than what i need but i will gift some out. :-)<3

These containers are absolutely outstanding. They are well thought out and made of durable quality materials. The individual container stack and store very compactly against one another taking up only a fraction of the space of conventional containers. You'll be amazed how much space you'll gain in your kitchen cabinets using this spice storage system. These are far superior to the round stainless steel containers that are commonly used to replace the glass bottles and cardboard tubes most spices are sold in. Additionally, they are also very practical for storing vitamins are anything else small in a visible, yet secure, manner. Great innovative product. I highly recommend.

I LOVE this product! Not only is it a great product you get great attentive service with it as well. I found this purely by accident on the internet. My spice cabinet was driving me crazy. Every time I would look for a spice I ended up looking through the same spices several times over to make sure I didn't miss finding the one I wanted the first time I looked. Finally I decided I was done with that along with all the space the different size bottles took up. I love that these spices snap together so I can group all my fall spices together like cinnamon, ginger, all spice, nutmeg etc. I keep all my spices grouped by nationality so I can find them easily (all together) for each international dish I make. They have a small footprint. All the labels are easy to read. The company has a great website that you can download a free template for labels or make them on line and print. Lots of "how to" videos. The containers are BPA free too!

I just bought the starter set to see how I'd like these spice containers. I am very pleased with the quality and will buy more to finish off all my spices, but I have several thoughts:

- The small containers are too small to be practical and their labels are difficult to handle. I am glad I don't have a whole bunch of them.
- The mediums are perfectly sized. I will buy a bunch more of them, though I need a few larges too.
- The covers are difficult to manage. I learned a trick from reading the Table Fare website: Put them in the refrigerator 15 minutes, then they're easier (still not easy) to slide off. I had planned to use stick-on labels, but when I saw the "naked containers", I realized that that wasn't really practical. The containers aren't completely smooth, and it would've looked bad.

Overall, a good purchase.

Beautiful, logical, well-made-- I love Spice Care. This set was slightly less expensive from Table Fare, so I bought from there. My previous "system" was cellophane bags of spices put into ziploc bags, so granted, pretty much anything was going to be a major step up. I did a lot of research and am very glad I went with Spice Care. Things I love-- high quality, ability to fit a Tablespoon, spoon leveler, stack-ability, able to store in the round or in a line or in a drawer.
