This is the first, and still most heavily used, book I bought when learning how to design systems carrying voice and data traffic using 'Erlang' methods. It includes; a very clear Introduction to the terms used in this science and the theory in general, detailed equations to 6 models, worked examples, and many pages of tables with results.

A great book for anyone in network design.
