Best tetherball there is. Alot softer then any other brand.
Just don't leave it outside for long periods of time or else the weather will destroy it.
Wal Mart online has the best price.

I bought this ball for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. She is 7-years old and is into tether ball at school. We had an old yellow one hanging on a pole in the backyard and I went on line and found a pink one (her favorite color) I was soooo excited. When all the presents were open, she said the tether ball was her best present at of all. Love this ball it's soft not real hard to the hands, comes with a lot of rope to get the right size. Love it. This was purchased for my 7yr. old grandaughter. She loves it. We puchased a metal pole at Home Depot for 10 dollars. My soninlaw out it up and my grandaughter has been playing tetherball every day. This ball is well made.

I just put a long pole in the ground and hooked the clasp to the top of it. All of the kids love it. I even go out there sometimes and play with them. Really glad I bought it.

We have had a tetherball pole in our backyard for three years. I never could find a replacement ball. I was excited to get this one. It is great to have another activity for them to do outside.

Received as advertised, good price and came in timely manner. As the buyer I was pleased and the ball was well packed as well.

Good quality tetherball. I liked the choice in colors (we ordered pink). This is a good value, and is getting a lot of use by the neighborhood kids who congregate in our front yard. Regarding "soft": I've never actually seen a soft tetherball. They all hurt if you get hit in the face, so "soft" is relative.

I purchased this extra-soft tetherball for my 2 year old granddaughter. It was exactly as described, pink and softer than a regular tetherball. She enjoys it very much. I highly recommend it for young children.

The D ring clips tend to pop off the eyelet as they are the cheap single springs. Suggest that you replace with good one as I did. Other than that the ball weathers well and I am satisified with the product.

Stay away from this tetherball.I've played with Tachikara volleyballs and found them to be very nice. From the description and the other reviews, I thought this would be a nice soft tetherball. Wrong! Every time we play, we have sore hands, arms and wrists. It's easily as hard as a soccer ball, and heavier. If it wasn't marked, as such, I's swear we had been shipped the wrong product.

We bought this as a replacement for one that we wore out over the course of a year. So it's not like we're wimps, this thing just hurts. I'd hate to play with one that wasn't extra soft, it would probably cause permanent damage.

Also, we've had it for less than a month & it's beginning to show signs of being worn out.

Definitely not worth the money, I gave it a star because I had to in order to submit the review - well, it was actually the color they said it would be, I guess that counts for something.
