Great quality, is an important tool if you work with combustion engines, and machinery, for mantainace and RPM setting, Best on market!

Nice little unit, and very straightforward to use. My only gripe is there is no power off option. Seemed to be pretty accurate in my tests on a lawnmower engine. Not sure where it is made; couldn't find a label on the unit. Overall, well worth the money so far.

I bought two of these for my twin-engine boat. The hour meter portion works fine, but the tachometer is unreliable and continually jumps between accurate and random readings. I've re-connected them multiple times, carefully following the instructions, and they just don't work right. But again, it's a good hour meter that is easy to read.

Does the job, I bought this to set rpm on mowers, tractors and generators.compact size and the digits are still easy to read. Have only used on one engine so far. Added an induction probe to pickup wire so I can check any engine quickly.

I purchased this digital tach for 2 stroke chainsaws that I port,
the tach works perfect, it gives me a no load rpm as a starting point for
adjusting the carbs, it also works perfect in the cut so you can dial in
the rpm you want the saw running at full throttle while cutting wood
under heavy load, before purchasing this tach I would do all my tuning by ear,
I was always pretty close but with this tach I can now tune saws to perfection.

Ordered this for a small engine to help tune it up. Wasn't expecting it to be that great but I was surprised. I would have to say its about as accurate as my Stage 6 gauges. Both have a reading withing 30 RPMs of each other. I would Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap Tachometer.

Though for the price I'm not taking a star off for this. But replacing the battery on this thing is not very convenient. You actually have to damage the housing to get the back off to do it.

I bought this unit to use on my Toro 2 cycle single stage snowblower. It works great as a tachometer and hour meter. However I wish the unit had a sealed back so that snow wouldn't melt and get in. I haven't had this happen yet but I can see this happening. I mounted it to the rear of the snowblower. It looks great!

Wanted a tach/hour meter to track the total run-time between oil changes. Provides run-time hours (to the nearest 1/10th - 0.0) and tach like it says it does. Installed it on a Honda EU2000i generator and it works perfectly. Nice price, nice product, and Prime shipping to boot.

Works as described. Easy to set up. Works fine - the only thing I would like on this is an indicator showing that it is actually recording time. The time only advances every tenth hour (6 minutes) so it might not be obvious if the unit has stopped working due to a broken or loose wiring connection.
Not a big deal at all.

I was hoping to find a cheap digital tach for my boat. This turd is the most inaccurate thing I've ever seen. At a idle it jumps consistently 2-600 rpm and at none of the settings was it ever near what a 4 cyl is at idle. So... If you wanna toss $20 down the drain, go right ahead. It takes a total p.o.s. for me to wright a negative review and this tach was a total p.o.s.!
