Product Description

This is one of our best- selling pellet rifles. It's a powerful one-stroke, under-lever cocking air gun. It has a spring piston, so you don't have to waste you time pumping over and over to get a decent velocity, or waste your money on CO2 cartridges. Features a steel, rifled bore for an accurate shot.

I already owned a Chinese B3 model and decided to purchase this Tactical Crusader because the specs says it
has a velocity of 700-750 with lead pellets. My old B3 is supposed to have a velocity of 600-650.
The Amazon Crusader ad says pellets are included, but there was none in the box. The Tactical Crusader is almost identical
to the B3. The Crusader is 1" shorter than the B3 and the rear sight has been relocated in front of the breech.
I'm disappointed in the performance of the Tactical Crusader because the performance is no better than the B3.
Using both wood and metal targets at 60', I can't tell any difference in pellet penetration between the B3 and the Crusader.
My old B3 is at least ten years old and it should not be performing as well as the Crusader.
If you're considering a Chinese pellet gun, the old B3 model is just as good as the Crusader and cheaper also.

Stock was cracked and trigger is long. I have a B4-2 thats slightly more refined.... this gun is so accurate with a scope though that I can hit flattened .177 pellets at 10 yards... but you need to get a scope stop or loctite - even with a one piece mount my scope moves back. I can say that for the price it's worth it - but spend $20-30 can get you a powerful break barrel. I got a Winchester 1100ws for $45 shipped WITH a 3-9x32 scope... that thing blows this thing away in terms of finish and power, but accuracy is about the same.

Update 7/23/2014

So I started modding this thing and it's now my most favorite rifle. I put a red dot instead of my good scope and it gets less than half " groupings at 12 yards. I also spray painted it with bedliner paint and also polished the trigger - the trigger is now very, very smooth. Just remove stock screws, spray stock with $7 walmart bedliner, take out the trigger, sand/grease it, slap on a weaver adapter/red dot or a scope and you'll have a very, very accurate and nice shooter.

Great for its price. It did come with some scuffs on the stock and the cocking lever wasn't aligned to the barrel, but it was a quick fix with a drill to get it straightened out. The front sight was bent too, but overall these imperfections would be expected from something of this price. Maybe you might get one of higher quality

added an $8 scope. Shoots the center out of targets at 10 yards. Good gun for a $60 investment with scope. used a dremel tool to help scope rings graba little better.
