I just want everyone to know that I have been doing this workout (off and on-when needed to get back in shape) since the infomercial came out in 1999. It is the ULTIMATE total body workout! I absolutely LOVE Billy Blanks. He is very motivating! (Without having to yell at you- like some of these high-paid celebrity trainers!) After I had my second child, I did this Advanced video and lost every single pound I gained from pregnancy in 3 weeks! I actually had to stop because I started losing too much weight! My father, who is an OB/GYN was even amazed! I was a walking billboard for Billy Blanks back then...and I still rave about him to this day to anyone who wants to look good with amazing results in a short period of time. I use this advanced workout when I want to get in shape quickly. It is a total body workout! Love the energy,and how the inches smelt away. Without a doubt, this will go down in history as one of Billy's best workouts. I would love to get it on DVD.

This is an intense workout that works like a charm. Too bad it's not on DVD and too bad my VCR ate the tape on the first viewing.

In the midst of all of these other workouts, Billy Blanks still hold relevance. This workout is the only home workout that makes me sweat. I usually run about 7 miles per day unless it rains, and that is when I substitute the running with this.

Additionally, Blanks is also very motivating. He does come off all smug like the p90x guy.
