I have used the original Tae Bo tapes off and on for variety. I came across the Inspirational Video he had and liked it but wished it were a little more challenging. This takes it up a notch. Not as strenuous as an Adv. video but good for beginner to intermediate. On one occassion, he forgets a move and thanks his daughter for reminding him and watching his back. I like this because it makes it more like a real class cause God knows no one is perfect. What makes it even better is his obvious faith in the Lord and that is motivating beyond belief. I love this video so much so that I am considering becoming an instructor myself. It is a great workout with a positive message. Just "believe" it.

I've recently purchased the Tae Bo Believers' Workout series - The Strength Within has become my favorite workout. Not only do I sweat like a pig but I have fun doing it! I have knee problems so I can't really jump around like you would with an aerobic workout so this video is perfect for me! I have had no problems with my knees and have noticed a very visible difference in the size of my butt and hips! It really works! Billy is very encouraging and I love both him and his daughter. He really encourages you as a believer in Jesus Christ to take care of your temple (your body) - it's the only one you've got! Both of the believer workouts are great - this one's more intense but probably not as intense as his other Tae Bo workouts. That's ok with me, because I've just started my fitness journey. I love this workout.

I PURCHASED THIS VIDEO THE OTHER DAY AND WHEN I DID IT IT REALLY CHANGED MY LIFE...ITS SO EASY TO GET DISCOURAGED WHEN YOUR STARTING AN EXERCISE PROGRAM, TO THINK ABOUT YOURSELF AND HOW HARD IT IS AT THE MOMENT...THROUGH SCRIPTURE, PRAYER AND CALLING ON THE NAME OF JESUS OUR SAVIOUR, BILLY BLANKS HELPED ME TO SEE THAT INDEED ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE AND KEEPS YOU COMPLETELY ENCOURAGED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE WORKOUT AND IT ACTUALLY KEPT ME ENCOURAGED THROUGH THE WHOLE DAY...HE REALLY PUTS THINGS BACK IN TO LINE WITH THIS VIDEO...THAT IF YOU TAKE THE FOCUS OFF OF OURSELVES AND PUT IT TO JESUS CHRIST THEN WE CAN DO ANYTHING!...THIS IS A DEFINATE MUST HAVE!!
