I have been a certified aerobics instructor and into cardo-kickboxing for about 4 years. When I tried the original Tae-Bo tapes I was a little disappointed at the poor cueing, lack of proper warm up and stretching, etc., so when I got a stationary training bag and was looking for a video that incorporated a heavy bag, I found the Tae-Bo Impact tapes. I worried I might not like it (and I really hate buying tapes that never wind up being used!). This tape was really great! Billy Blanks let's someone else do the counting while he pays particular attention to safety and form, encouraging you to hit that bag!!! The rest of the people on the video are focused and really into it, and that makes you want to give it your all! I really enjoyed this workout and hope more varieties come out soon!

I first bought the Tae Bo videos in high school after seeing an informercial. I really wanted to lose weight, but I hate the typical repititious exercises like running or biking, so I gave it a try. This is by far the best workout you'll find out there. Not only did the Tae BO videos help me lose serious weight and tone my muscles, but they turned me on to kickboxing in general, which I love. Four years later I'm exceptionally fit, and still using the Tae Bo tapes when I can't make a live kickboxing class. I would reccommend this to anyone.

This is a great bag work out. Would like more combinations but even still you get a great sweat and proper instruction on form as well. This is the closest I have seen to a real tae-bo impact class that you'd get at your local gym/karate school.

After doing the Taebo Advanced tapes I bought Taebo Impact and love it. Two things make this tape great. One is it teaches you focus and concentration and makes doing Taebo Basic or Advanced much more enjoyable and you have better form. Secondly it provides an awesome workout which last 41 minutes of great sweating and fun! Really, if your a taebo lover or just enjoy punching a bag you will love this tape!
