Excellent reference book for all students of Tae Kwon Do,

Literally hundred of photographs help the reader to understand all aspects of proper form. From the basics of stance, attack and defensive moves, the chapters continue into pictorial and written descriptions of every movement. Thumb-nail photos are used at the beginning of every chapter to give an overall view of a form, then each move is broken down with an enlarged photo and written description. A great book for anyone like myself who is testing for black belt and needs to review all the forms. I wish I had it earlier!!

Any student of Tae Kwon Do who wishes to learn the "new" style forms must have this book. Hundreds of pictures along with carefully written text describe each and every step of all the Taegeuk forms from white belt thru 3rd degree black belt. Large clear photos set this book apart

The best way to learn forms is to train under a master's supervision in the dojang as often as possible. However, if one is looking for a text to support their formal training in the new forms, here it is. Enough said.
