I am satisfied with my plates...had to replace one set as
a plate cracked while putting food on it at the buffet
table. Several plates had inperfections. Replacement shipment of one set of plates(6)arrived promptly but one
plate was shattered due to lack of packing material. I was
able to select 12 good plates out of 18.

I thought that they would be clear. However, they had a foggy finish that made them look dirty. They are not like the old-fashioned hobnail. The balls just looked tacked on the edges. I suspect that they would be easily broken off the plate. I returned them.
