4.0 out of 5 stars Not my favorite tracklisting from Mariah but
well worth getting! I didn't care for the tracklisting because there wasnt much new material so I decided to get the UK version. However, the remix and the origonal are absolutly incredible! So, if u aren't picky like me then get it! Her voice is in excellent shape and Joe and 98* add a whole level of vocals to it!

1.0 out of 5 stars A Natural Disaster
I remember one time this song (featuring Joe) was being played on the radio and after the song was over the DJ said, "Now that's what I call a natural disaster!" Then he chuckled and said, "I was just playing! It's a good song!" That DJ knows darn well he wasn't playing because I and other people even thought this song was a "natural disaster". Mariah was just better...

5.0 out of 5 stars An Incredible Remix!!!, May 13, 2003
This review is from: Tahnk God I Found You 2 (Audio CD)
I have loved Keith Sweat's "Make it Last Forever" for years now, so when I discovered that Mariah Carey had done a remix version of "Thank God I Found You" with "Make it Last Forever," I was very excited! I'm not the biggest fan of the original version of "Thank God I Found You," so I must say that the remixed version is very refreshing and just all-round good. Joe and Nas did excellent jobs on the song. It's just cool to see how Mariah could take one song and totally change it around and make it something not only new, but much better than the original! I would highly suggest this CD to anyone who wants to hear an incredible song!

5.0 out of 5 stars Banging Cd!!!, April 3, 2001
This review is from: Tahnk God I Found You 2 (Audio CD)
I love "Thank God I Found You". Because it is such a great song that we can sit back and thank god for senting someone to brighten our day when we needed cheering. I would like to thank Mariah for song. Because sometimes we can forget that we have people in our lives that really care about us. I think Mariah was trying to do for all that special people in her life that made her feel happy when she was down. I think that by her writing this she share this feeling of thanking her family and friends for making her feel better. I think that this message in this song should be pass on. Not to mention the Joe and Nas remix is off the hook.

This to me is Mariah's greatest Song. The Make it last version really makes the song great. Tracklisting: 1.) Make It Last Remix Edit With Rap (featuring NAS & Joe) 2.) Make It Last Full Remix with out rap (featuring Joe) [I think it sound SO SO SO much better with out the rap...it sound more like a love song with out the rap.] 3.) Celebratory Remix (featuring Joe & 98*)[it the album version but with added beats to make the song seem faster. It' sounds ok] 4.) Album Version (featuring Joe & 98*) Great and rare CD.

Then he chuckled and said, "I was just playing! It's a good song!" That DJ knows darn well he wasn't playing because I and other people even thought this song was a "natural disaster". Mariah was just better off doing a remake of "Make it Last Forever." Skip this at all cost. . . Oops! I just realized everyone has forgotten all about this song already. Never mind!

5.0 out of 5 stars great! great! great!, May 2, 2000
This review is from: Tahnk God I Found You 2 (Audio CD)
This single has to have to best remix yet done by mariah. The remix with joe is very beautiful, it has a soulfull taste to it, and it looks like it took her a long time to get it right. and for the calabratory remix now that one is even better even though its simple, but with the dance beats added to it its phat. so if you like varity check that one out!
