3.0 out of 5 stars good instruction bad setup, August 23, 2004
This review is from: Tai Chi: Anywhere (DVD)
He explains all the motions very easy and clear, you for sure understand everything well. But i can't believe that the whole instruction is filmed in a little room in front of a couple of chairs and frames etc. in the back. Couldn't they pick a better place and a little more professional camera.
But besides this the instruction is definitely very good and understandable...

5.0 out of 5 stars Great workout, January 27, 2010

This review is from: Tai Chi: Anywhere (DVD)
I rented this DVD from Netflix and have kept it for four weeks! I cannot let it go, so I may have to buy a copy, and resume watching movies. This DVD is perfect for someone who wants a good tai chi workout without having to learn the whole form. Learning the form is easiest in a group. My usual exercise routine is Classical Stretch with Miranda Esmonde-White. It's a PBS show and her style combines tai chi, yoga, and ballet exercise. I like Tai Chi Anywhere even more because it has more chi gong, working the inner energy flow. I highly recommend this DVD. If you find the soundtrack boring, turn it down and follow the exercises with music or books on tape, pod casts, or whatever you like to listen to when you exercise.

I did not like this video at all it was the most expensive one I bought and I really was disapointed. I guess if you knew nothing at all about tai chi maybe you would appreciate it but I was not impressed at all.
