This review is from: Tai Chi Chuan-Black Belt Magazine [VHS] (VHS Tape)

I found the video to be a good introduction to the many aspects of Tai Chi Chuan, including some push hands and martial applications. The form is Yang but is not the 37 move form so popular in the US. The instruction is good and you can follow the moves however, no video can replace a good teacher.
