A very good video to practice t'ai chi chih.,
By Mikail (Texas) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Tai Chi Chuan - Chen Man-Ching's Short Form [VHS] (VHS Tape)
While there are minor technical flaws, the camera cuts out a part of a movement once or twice and the repetition is only six times (while the recommended practice is nine times), it is a nicely done video of t'ai chi chih and easy to follow. Music and scenery nice too.

Not enough,
By A Customer
This review is from: Tai Chi Chuan - Chen Man-Ching's Short Form [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This video does not provide enough instuction to learn T'ai Chi. You could learn more by reading the instructions from a book onto a tape and listening to this while performing the movements. This tape and seller (Alpha Craze) were real disappointments. Alpha Craze has not answered my e-mail about it yet (three weeks ago).
