A high quality tai chi video,

This review is from: T'ai Chi: Exercise for Lifelong Health and Well-Being [VHS] (VHS Tape)
The video was very well done and professional. Most of the martial arts videos I've seen are shot in one or maybe two rooms. This one was shot all over, by lakes and trees...etc. The instruction was good and the instructor had very good form. I recommend this video highly for someone trying to learn or stay trained in the Yang Style Short Form.

Visually stunning, flawless Tai-Chi.,

This review is from: T'ai Chi: Exercise for Lifelong Health and Well-Being [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Hands down, the best Tai-Chi video I've ever seen. Visully it is a joy to watch. It was shot in a variety of indoor and outdoor locations. Along side lakes and in flowering parks. However none of the settings distract from the solid Tai-chi principles that are presented. The movements are presented with detailed explanations; weight distribution...body position etc... Not only does it present solid Tai-Chi instruction, it also succeeds as a beautiful video. I recommend it to anyone interested in Tai-Chi instruction or review.
