Product Description

If you're a beginner seeking a systematic approach to learning tai chi basics, this video is designed for you. Everyone from professional athletes to people with painful or limiting health conditions can benefit by learning Tai Chi Fundamentals.

Tai Chi Fundamentals: For Mastering Tai Chi Basics presents 86 minutes of instruction in a clear, easy-to-learn format, set in beautiful surroundings.

Tricia Yu, MA, offers instruction in the Tai Chi Fundamentals, a system she developed for mastering tai chi basics rooted in her 29 years teaching experience. It includes the simplified Fundamentals form, based on traditional Yang style tai chi, and the movement patterns, which provide training in essential tai chi skills. She also outlines the mind/body principles of tai chi for both physical and mental well-being.
