Reading for peace and wellness, March 9, 2010
This review is from: Tai Chi and Alternative Health (Magazine)
As a retired pastor, and USAF chaplain retired I can positively endorse this product. The Zen portions are read with a desire to learn without changing my belief system. That is my modes operendi. Finding peace and wellness while battling PTSD is difficult. This publication offers new tools for the fight.

Initial Impressions, July 29, 2011
This review is from: Tai Chi and Alternative Health (Magazine)
Just some things that I thought you might want to know:
- My 1st issue came in just 23 days (from England, no less).
- It is published and sent from London, England.
- My 1st issue was 70 pages with 35 full pages of ads (Pages are either ad-free or all ads).
- Since it comes from the UK ads for seminars are for seminars in Europe.
- 6 pages were devoted to profiles of regular people who study Tai Chi Chuan. The profile included their age, profession, years of study, what they liked about Tai Chi, advice for beginners, etc.
- The remaining articles met my expectations and were on Grounding, the Benefits of Tai Chi Chuan for cardiac rehab, and Posture Testing, an excerpt from Tai Chi Classics and an article on the Verbal Transmission of Tai Chi lineage.
