You are NOT told at the first of the story who the culprit is; you canNOT put this book down - it equals a page turner in all respects. The story evolves around Maryland and the D.C. areas. Catherine Coulter treats us all to a tale of high adventure and surprises galore. She is at her best in this one!!!
