"E-Tailing" is a great book for any business owner who wants to have a better understanding of electronic commerce. I have had a web site for three years, but now have a new understanding of the elements that create a stronger online presence. Bernadette Tiernan has successfully managed to address e-tailing in an easy-to-understand and comprehensive manner. I have specialized in business planning for many years and would advise every business teacher and student, and business owner to familiarize themselves with and utilize the concepts presented in "E-Tailing". Kudos for doing a great job of addressing a difficult subject.

Bernadette Tiernan has done a masterful job of organizing the very complicated and fluid subject of E-Tailing. The landscape of e-commerce shifts on an hourly basis but the fundamental elements of success identified and explained in Ms. Tiernan's book will not change. This book is a must read for any E-Tailing Entrepreneur. Even if you already have a website for you business I recommend reading this book if you want grow you business via the web.

As a non-business person, though a consumer, I found Tiernan's book helpful to learn the ins and outs of using the internet as a tool for both personal and professional retail use. It is readable and easily understood so that you can put it to use.
