A wonderful childrens story read by a fantastic reader, August 30, 2005

What a great team was put together for this performance. A Beatrix Potter story read by an amazingly versatile reader/actress Meryl Streep and gorgeous music by The Chieftans!
This is one of those stories that we first bought for our Children back in 1988, but it is so wonderfully done that it is still a family favorite with teenagers who roll their eyes but still stay to listen.
Just more proof that talent, creativity, and a good story are truly timeless and independent of age.
