A must see for any Taj fan
I've seen taj in person more than once and I though any video would be a let down after seeing the strength of one of his live shows. I couldn't have been more wrong. This video is a must see for any Taj fan and will make fans out of people just seeing him for the first time. The Jems of the show are the two songs (Come In My Kitchen and Fishing Blues) wich he does...

Wrong item pictured on Amazon as of 4/18/2010
The cover to this DVD at Amazon shows "Live at Ronnie Scott's 1988" but Amazon has this listed as the 2002 show in the write-up. I ordered this twice and dealt with customer service twice and they still don't see the problem. I love Taj, just wish I could get the 2002 version!

Taj Mahal is a preservation master. He takes folk music, blues (country and city) and soul music and puts his own spin on it. You can't come away from a Taj Mahal concert without learning something. You may not know you learned it, but you learned it.
