Simply Beautiful.,

This review is from: Takagi Masakatsu: Journal for People (Audio CD)
An unbelievable concoction of Sigur Ros's hopeful attitude, Guy Sigsworth's and Bjork's discombobulation, as well as Bonobo's simplicity and DJ Krush's traditional-meets-electronic. Takagi Masakatsu's "Journal For People" is a beautiful soundscape of emotion, lush with optimism and hints of classical piano. Bits of his country (Japan) and its musical past intermingle with the modern-day disguises of synthesizers, and the warmth of every song is enough to spur one's heart into a calm and promising rhythm of glee.
Do not pass up this album, it must be discovered before you sleep on it entirely.
