I love Takara foot patches. Whenever I am doing a detox (usually a juice fast) the foot patches are a great help (a kick-start, if you will). I wake up feeling a little lighter and clear-headed, and they really brighten my skin and help clear up any blemishes I am currently battling. I almost feel like I'm cheating by wearing them. It's awesome!
